Whatever it is you’re doing, when people feel connected they will always show up for the mission. And that’s, I think, the real core of what I believe as a culture strategist – it’s about how we can show up as our authentic selves, connect, and do amazing things.”
I loved the opportunity to learn from the best of the best, and to be inspired and encouraged. The Unstoppable Cultures Fellowship focuses on people and if we’re going to move our businesses forward and transform a generation, that’s where it starts.
There were so many like-minded individuals who were passionate about creating a remarkable environment for their team. The energy level in every single meeting was phenomenal and the willingness of everyone to share was exceptional. Just the sheer amount that you learn at UCF is incredible, and there were surprises around every corner. And before you leave the master class, you will have a game plan and be ready to go back to your organization and knock it out of the park.
This was the most valuable use of time of anything I’ve done in my career.

Rather than going one company at a time, in the case of the Fellowship, we have companies that appreciate and exude excellence coming together and I think the learning will be incredible and contagious.
