How does the Unstoppable Cultures Fellowship Work?

The Unstoppable Cultures Fellowship is a 4-day Masterclass Experience at the Four Seasons Rancho Encantado in the enchanting lands of Santa Fe, New Mexico. It consists of a culture transformation program led by pioneers of the greatest organizational cultures in the world that will coach you through developing a Culture Roadmap to bring back to your organization and implement immediately.

The Unstoppable Cultures Fellowship also includes interactive components such as offsite adventures, surprise VIP experiences, special guest presenters, and personal access to all coaches. Ginger is there every step of the way to answer personal questions and offer strategic advice to ensure that you are equipped to make actionable culture change in your organization.

Plus, you’re a Fellow for life. Attendees become part of the Unstoppable Cultures Fellowship Alumni network. This includes the Alumni group and a special invitation to UCF Gather (UCF 2.0).

The Unstoppable Cultures Fellowship is led by Ginger Hardage, who recently retired as Senior Vice President of Culture and Communications at Southwest Airlines after an illustrious 25 years, where she served as a member of the CEO’s executive leadership team.

At Southwest, Ginger was a tireless ambassador of the world-famous Southwest Culture, leading to honors like 23 consecutive years on FORTUNE’s “Top 10 Most Admired Companies in the World” list. Most importantly, Ginger helped champion the values that have made Southwest a culture of enduring greatness – we put people first, we treat customers like family, we nurture our culture, and we try to change ahead of the times.

In addition to leading Southwest’s “Best Place to Work” initiatives, Ginger led the airline’s culture and communications evolution, expanding the communication functions to include more robust internal communications capabilities and a more focused corporate philanthropy program.

She also led a team of 150 as well as the airline’s Culture Committee, employee recognition and engagement, and all company-wide celebrations.

He went on to spend 37 years in the Chick-fil-A Marketing Department, most recently as a Vice President, before his retirement. Having worked at Chick-fil-A his entire career, he saw the principles of servant leadership and creating remarkable customer experiences play out in the growth of more than 2,300 Chick-fil-A restaurants around the country. Today, this multi-billion dollar company is recognized as one of America’s most successful, powerful and beloved brands.

During his time at Chick-fil-A, David was instrumental in the growth and development of the iconic ‘cow campaign’ and helped champion a marketing department that rose to international prominence and prestige. David is known for his marketing mind, his servant’s heart, and his entrepreneurial spirit.
